Since launch in 2006 Orchard Growth Partners Limited has built up an enviable client list and reputation in the SME market. We are now looking to build on that success by increasing our Principal numbers across the country. We are looking for personable and commercial Finance Directors with extensive experience in the SME sector to join as Principals.

Opportunities and support structure for Financial Directors

As an Orchard Principal you can expect a stimulating variety of clients plus a share in the equity of the company based on your gross billings to clients. You will be self-employed and use the Orchard brand and support structure to win and service clients. Our comprehensive and tailored support includes;

• An Orchard Accelerated Launch Program of sales/marketing, lead generation and other launch support to kick you off towards winning your first client, and beyond.

• The Orchard Operating Manual, the comprehensive guide on how to succeed as an Orchard Principal.

• Access to our Orchard extranet, the O-net, our extranet repository of business tools, information and administrative support, to leave you to focus on winning and servicing clients.

• Regular Orchard conferences incorporating, CPD, ongoing practical training and external speakers from the SME world.

• Close support from a management team with broad experience in working with SMEs, including a Sales Director and a Marketing Director.

• Ongoing sales leads and client contracts through our marketing and PR efforts.

FD roles within small and medium sized businesses

Successful applicants will be Financial Directors, Partners/Directors in an accountancy firm or independent financial consultants currently working in or with experience in the SME sector. In these roles you will work with small and medium sized businesses acting as Finance Director but also as a commercial business partner and be comfortable with providing hands-on support to clients as well as high-level strategic input.
