Aurora is a specialist executive search firm sourcing senior employees for the small to medium sized (SME) business community ie generally companies up to £100m of turnover.

What sets us apart from most other executive search businesses is that the founding partners at Aurora have all worked at board level in SMEs. Therefore, we understand the challenges growing businesses face, and the need for senior employees in SMEs to be broad, versatile and pragmatic people.

We can therefore bring this understanding into the recruitment process, ensuring that we do not just carry out a mechanical exercise but that we provide positive input into the process. We often work closely with clients advising and assessing on situations where required, and seeing the need from the client standpoint. We also work with clients prior to being formally appointed to ensure that there is a clearly identifiable need which we can help the client to fill.

We don’t just see a recruitment exercise as a task on its own, but seek to build long term relationships with clients, growing with them and providing a constant and expert business advisory service as the relationship develops.

We cover all sectors within industry and commerce, and all disciplines at board level and immediately below, including Non-Executive Directors and Chairman.
