Orchard Growth Partners is a professional services firm that provides additional senior financial management resource to companies undertaking projects such as mergers and acquisitions or restructuring, or who have business performance concerns.
This resource ensures that the incumbent Managing or Finance Director and their staff can either concentrate on their core activities without the distraction that such projects normally lead to, or focus on the project in hand with the knowledge that the day to day operations are in the safe hands of an experienced finance professional.
This is done by providing the services of “hands on” Finance Director calibre individuals with experience of managing such activities on a flexible project by project basis.
In particular we focus on the following activities
• Business financial reviews – A rapid but thorough review of an external or internal business unit’s financial management and control with clear recommendations and action plans
• Financial and strategic planning – constructing a robust business case for presentation to internal and external stakeholders, investors, banks and other finance providers
• Due diligence – identifying and executing commercial, financial and legal due diligence requirements
• Managing the deal – co-ordinating the M&A process, including the management of internal requirements and external advisors
• Restructuring and reorganisation – identifying and implementing business improvement programmes and initiatives
