Orchard Growth Partners provides part-time and interim finance director services. We work closely with CEOs, NEDs and existing finance directors or finance teams providing strategic financial support. We lift the load from our clients enabling them to focus on sales and profits, whilst we ensure that the client company is being financially managed effectively and efficiently to support the business.

Now in our fifth year, Orchard is reorganising for the next stage of our own growth giving rise to some exciting new opportunities.

Whilst Orchard has provided part-time and interim services in the past, we have now identified a client need to provide executive search and recruitment services. You will be part of the management team of experienced Finance Directors but have a high degree of autonomy in the role. You will benefit from;

• our existing network of contacts, including key partner relationships
• working under an established and recognised brand
• our team of FD consultants across the country
• our ongoing marketing and PR activities
• a central support function to minimise your non-client time

These will provide you with the ability to make rapid progress in the role.

The successful candidate will have be entrepreneurial and have a background in executive search and recruitment for senior finance roles, with the profile, visibility and confidence to grow this division. Based in the South East you will work either from home or from our office in Richmond, Surrey or a combination of the two. The role is not necessarily full time and could form part of a portfolio of activities undertaken by the successful candidate.

This is an excellent opportunity for a search consultant with extensive experience to mould the division and gain control of their earnings and worklife balance as well as build a significant capital stake.
